Green Coating-Merckens Melting wafers does not require tempering. Easy to use for molding and dipping confections. Just pop one in your mouth and let the warmth of your mouth just melt slowly to release the delicious flavor. Chocolate is shipped at customer’s risk. Most are shipped unrefrigerated and may melt. We have no control over handling, once shipped, as it may sit in a hot holding area for some time. To be safe, we strongly suggest ordering such products during non-summer months. Once shipped, they cannot be returned, due to this warm weather advisory.
